Dear fellow italian traditions and food lover, this page is a selection of italian pasta recipes, prepared (and tried) from us (well my family and me...).

I am certain that you might be familiar with some of them already, while you will (most) probably not have heard of some others.

The goal here is to bring you details about authentic italian recipes; the ones that italian people cook and consume at home, with their families and friends.

As usual, the list does not even fake to be exhaustive (God knows how many recipes exist!): but it will keep growing and additional input from any good-willed and knowledgeable italian food passionate will surely be appreciated.
