The effort to capture these video recipes is brought forward to bring justice not just to the creations of a wonderful cook like Maria, but to also emphasize how much manual activity and traditional gestures lay behind what we eat.
This section is dedicated to Maria, her proven skills as a cook and to all those that everyday (or even just sometime) still find the opportunity to create something unique and traditional.
All the videos contained in these section are authentic and personally recorded by me, having mainly Maria (my Mother in law), Elisa (my wife), the other family members and all the funny, dedicated and nice people that make any occasion to stay together a special one.
The audio is rigorously in Italian (alright, often in dialect...) but I will always provide subtitles in English, to let you understand what's going on.
The videos are provided as-is, with no intention of creating professional material (even though time and effort are spent in creating and editing every single minute of them).
