Based in Parma, since 1939, the Italian district with the largest concentration of food and technology companies, it is confirmed the appointment with the vertical highly specialized trade fair which will mainly see technologies to major food chains (Fruit&Vegetables, Meats, Milk&Dairy products, Bakery products, Confectionary and Coffee) which will be flanked by new areas dedicated to Ice-cream, Desserts and Ingredients. A unique exhibition offer that meets the needs of international operators which’ll be able to find the best technological solutions that will, right in the BelPaese and especially in Parma, find the most innovative and sophisticated worldwide known applications. Through Cibus Tec, the Italian excellences of Food Processing & Packaging have the possibility to demonstrate their ability to offer innovation and tailor-made quality, leveraging expertise, sustainable technologies and highly automation.
Visitors will be able to take part to an intensive workshop program, with international guests who will address the most current issues for the industry, including the new Food Hygiene and Food Safety frontiers, diagnosis of energy consumption and future solutions, Water Footprint and strategies for the reduction of water consumption, and the role of Eco-friendly technology thus to increase competitiveness. Ample space also to solutions dedicated to the production and packaging of Free-From and Eco Packaging products.
A successful format that will attract 1,200 exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors and, from this year, thanks to Koelnmesse, which has recently created with Fiere di Parma the newco Koeln Parma Exhibitions Srl (Kpe), will be able to take advantage of a major thrust to its own internationalization and that of the Italian companies.
