The preparation is not difficult, just follow my directions step by step …First of all the ingredients: you need 1000 gr of arista, 500 gr of black grapes, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 150 gr of tropea onion, 100 ml of grape must, 2 spoons of honey, spices such as rosemary, sage , thyme and finally sugar and salt and pepper.

- Lettuce 100 gr

- White grapes
- Extra-vergin olive oil
