The fish must be – always – just caught, and prepared immediately after, so as to ensure high quality and, of course, absolute genuineness. All this translates into a menu packed with typical recipes of Campania cuisine.
It starts with seafood appetizers, then continues with fried fish in a pan, continuing with grilled fish and delicious sea crudités, without forgetting the delicious pasta dishes. An example for everyone? Paccheri tomatoes and scampi, where the intense and fresh taste of the ingredients of the sea is exalted with mastery by the chef without resorting to “special effects”. Without forgetting any particular recipe that combines tradition and innovation with grace and gastronomic wisdom. Like Mediterranean peppers with calamari, or like sea bass and salt-crusted sea bream, or pasta and potatoes with baby squid and mussels. So many delicacies to satisfy you, every day.
All washed down with the excellent wines of Campania, including the excellent Greco di Tufo, but also the “Fiorduva”, the fine wine that comes from the Amalfi Coast. And to conclude the meal, I’m sure you’ll have a little room for a lemon delight, in short, “Seafood, wine and passion”, to use the slogan that heads the restaurant logo. And it could not be more true!
